This policy describes information handled through the BlueSky Homes website and rental-inquiry text program. BlueSky Homes (registered messaging brand: Bluesky Homes SMS) is operated by BlueSky Premier Living LLC, based in Arcadia, California.

Information we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email, property address, rental details and the messages you provide. Appointment bookings are processed through Calendly and may include your answers to booking questions. Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your request, assess the services you need, coordinate appointments, provide related follow-up and maintain business and consent records. We do not treat a phone number alone as consent to receive business-initiated texts.

Text messaging and consent records

For the BlueSky Homes rental-inquiry SMS program, we retain the originating phone number, inbound START message and timestamp as evidence of opt-in, along with conversation and opt-out records. Our text messaging page does not collect phone numbers or submit a web enrollment form. Consent is given by sending START from your own phone. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Sharing

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties, affiliates or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver our services, such as website hosting, appointment scheduling, communication delivery and recordkeeping. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.

Third-party services

Our booking calendar uses Calendly, and our text program uses Twilio. These providers process data under their own policies. Following an external link or using an embedded booking tool may subject you to that provider’s privacy practices.

Retention and choices

We keep information as needed to handle your inquiry, maintain necessary records and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us; some records may need to be retained for legal, operational or opt-out purposes. Replying STOP ends further program texts except a permitted opt-out confirmation. You may still contact us by phone or email.

Security and updates

We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage is guaranteed secure. Please do not text financial account numbers, identity documents, entry codes or other sensitive information. We may revise this policy and will update its effective date when we do.
